The concept for Butler Square’s Third Place Amenity Space is Flexibility. The new amenity space for Butler Square’s tenants allows for utilization for both large and small companies and encourages ideas and socialization through movable architectural elements. The space will provide an inviting and neutral background to prevent work distractions. Along with pops of color such as pink, green, and blue to encourage idea production. The focal point of the space, a large seating area that can be converted into an event space, allows for ultimate flexibility that all tenants can enjoy.
